Pricing is one of three decisions
Discount Prime sets what a wholesale order costs. Two other apps handle who is allowed to see that price and what counts as a valid order. Each installs on its own, and all three read the same Shopify customer tags.

A volume discount without a floor invites cherry-picking at your best per-unit rate. Prime MOQ enforces the minimum that makes the tier worth honouring, at checkout rather than as a suggestion.
